Work & Stay Weeks at Loutsa Samos
Join us for hands-on weeks of simple living in the mountains of Samos. During our Work & Stay Weeks, you’ll help out on the land and around the house for about 5 hours a day, and in return we’ll take care of your stay, great food and good company. Loutsa Samos is located within walking distance of the authentic mountain village of Vourliotes, where you’ll find small cafés, local tavernas and everyday village life.
We work in the mornings, building, fixing, gardening and restoring and leave plenty of space in the afternoons and evenings to swim, hike, explore the island or simply slow down.
This weeks are for people who enjoy working with their hands, being outdoors and contributing to a place in progress. Experience with carpentry or gardening is a big plus and will get priority, but above all we’re looking for extra help with a love for nature and a hands-on mentality.
Who this is for
You have atleast two weeks time between 18th of March & 1st of June
You enjoy working with your hands and being outdoors
You’re independent, practical and comfortable with simple living
You like shared meals, quiet evenings and a slower rhythm
You’re happy to contribute and be part of a place in progress
You’re staying at least 2 weeks

If you’re looking for a holiday without contributing
If you need luxury, privacy or a fixed daily schedule
If physical work or getting your hands dirty isn’t your thing
If you’re unable to work independently for a few hours a day
